Binding IsChecked property of RadioButton inside ItemsControl?

What you need to do is create a ViewModel with two properties.

Radio buttons represent enumerated values. A text box in this case would represent an open value. What you seem to want is a set of open values as well as a pre-set selection of enumerated values.

The control that best represents this is a combo box.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
