Wine does relax you and it is recommended to drink several glasses each day to help fight heart disease. I'm far from being a doctor but I did have my heart doctor tell me that wine is good for me to drink. I have seen commercials advising a grown man to drink 3 to 5 glasses each day and women 2 to 3 glasses each day.It sure made me feel better.

I know for fact that it is safe for women to indulge in red wine while pregnant, and beer while breast feeding. I see nothing wrong with consumer some wine to relax...as long as equal amounts of water are being consumed.
It will helps you to be relaxed for a few minutes or hours but doesn't give you the solution of the problem. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
