Can CT Brain Scans Damage the Brain because I had one?

They don't recommend a CT scan anymore for children unless it is life and death. The reason is that it is a higher amount of x-ray radiation and it is directed and repeated into an area of concern. The skull is hard bone and so the x-ray power is slightly increased.

The process of a CT scan is such that the x-ray machine spins around the area that is being examined and creates slices of images to be examined. The real long term effects have not been studied.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
