Fasting is often used as a detoxification method. Fasting is defined as abstinence from all food and drink except water or juice for a specific period of time, usually for a therapeutic or religious purpose. Although therapeutic fasting is probably one of the oldest known therapies, it has been largely ignored by the medical community, despite the fact that there is significant scientific research on fasting in the medical literature.
Numerous medical journals have published articles on fasting in the treatment of obesity, chemical poisoning, rheumatoid arthritis, allergies, psoriasis, eczema, thrombophlebitis, leg ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, impaired or deranged appetite, bronchial asthma, depression, neurosis, and schizophrenia. However, in this day and age I do not recommend traditional fasting. The reason is that the toxins we are most concerned about are fat-soluble.
When people fast or severely restrict their calorie intake, fat cells start to break down and release all the stored toxins. As a result, there can be a tremendous increase in circulating toxins, and without the right support these toxic substances can be redistributed into our organs, especially our brain and kidneys. So, what I recommend instead is a focused internal cleansing program like the Seven-Day Total Nutritional Cleansing Program from Natural Factors that I codeveloped with Michael Lyon, M.D. This program comes in a boxed kit with a small booklet that contains detailed, easy-to- follow instructions on how to use the medicinal food powders and supplements in the kit as well as dietary guidelines, menu suggestions, and recipes. This is not a fast but a cleansing program designed to feed your body what it needs to get rid of the toxins.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
