Can I be tipped from my managed page on Mahalo or from my embedded widget on an external page?
As of right now this is not an option. Might be something that they are throwing around with though!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
