All the information you need about Dartmouth financial aid is on their official website. Through this link, dartmouth.edu/~finaid/. During your application, The Financial Aid Office will guide and work with you through the financial aid application process.
After your application has been submitted, the financial aid office will weigh your options and determine your financial aid package. The first financial award or package you will get at Dartmouth is the student self-help. If you still need additional help after this package, you would be giving grant and scholarship assistance.
But be aware that Your total financial aid would not exceed your student budget. There is another financial aid known as ‘’outside scholarship’’. ---quote--- Students who receive scholarships from external sources can use these funds to reduce the loan and/or job portions of their financial aid packages.
If the outside scholarship is greater than the self-help level, the expected family contribution can be reduced to the federal level. In instances where the self-help has been eliminated and the expected parent contribution has been reduced to the federal level but the outside scholarship causes aid to exceed the student's budget, the Dartmouth Scholarship will be reduced. ---end quote— For more information visit dartmouth.edu/~finaid/fao/packaging.html.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
