Can I install Mac OS X mountain lion on my Acer Aspire 4736z?

Apple claims that it is illegal to install Mac OSX on any non Apple branded PC. However it is possible, and lots of people do it. It is called a "Hackintosh PC".

It requires a PC with Intel processor, Core 2 Duo or better. Lots of tutorials on how to do that, best in my opinion is TonyMacX86. http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2010/04/i... EDIT: Don't listen to this "Techxamine" guy bellow.

You will be able to run Mac OSX Lion or any other "cat" with your specs. It is recommended to start with an empty hard drive. I am a Linux fan, that's what I use on all my computers.

I am not very fond of Mac OSX, but just for fun and bragging rights I installed Mac OSX 10.6 Snow Leopard on 3 or 4 computers in the past. It worked fine on Intel Core i5-2500K with 16GB RAM and GTX460 Also on Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 with 4GB of RAM and GTS250 and again on Intel Pentium Dual Core E2160 with 2GB of RAM and GeForce 210 Almost all Mac OSX versions require just some 8GB+ of hard drive space for the operating system.

No. The specs are not really necessary. Apple strictly forbids to install Mac on PC.

Say even possible, your specs are quite low. Mountain Lion needs atleast 50GB for the operating system alone to run smoothly and that doesn't include local disk space. It's also a 64-bit operating system so you'll be needing more RAM.

The graphics card is also considerable low-range type. But then again, running Mac on Windows is illegal.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
