Can I just bake the mini tart shells and put them in the freezer to fill any time I would like?

Yes ma'am - that's what I do sometimes when I'm in a hurry - or I do the mini tarts let's say for pecan filling - I make the whole batch and then freeze. They thaw in less than an hour and freeze like a dream! They are pop in your mouth delicious!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
