Can I put a 96 civic 2dr 5speed motor in my 95 civic 4dr a/t?

The simple answer is yes. Replacing motor for motor will make no difference.

It should work if the engine size(150i) are the same of both engines. You should only remove his flywheel and swop it with your engines flex plate. The rest of the stuff is the same.

Just make sure of the engine sizes or else it won't fit on the automatic gearbox. Hope this can help you.
