Can I put songs from my ipod touch ( that I bought on the itune store there) to my itunes library?

It's both. There is the iTunes store, you should know what that is, and there is an iTunes library, which stores all of your media.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
