Can I use ELMAH for errors in my UI as well as BizTalk or WCF services?

ELMAH is intended for logging exceptions from ASP.NET applications. You can specifically log handled exceptions via the ErrorSignal class, so it does more than log unhandled exceptions.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
