Can moving companies just load, drive, and unload locally without packing your stuff?

The moving business, like many others, is poorly regulated and companies vary in quality greatly. Only hire a company with a good reputation--ask them for names and numbers of satisfied customers you can call. If the movers don't pack it, they will likely not pay for anything broken in transit.

If you have them pack it, they will have to pay, but packing is expensive. I would take your breakables and transport them yourselves in your vehicles. Let them haul the rest.

Use some friends to help you pack and unpack. Use the movers to move the big stuff. You guys do the rest.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
