It is good that you want to help her, but if she is a minor and your are not, there could be trouble for you if you try to handle this on your own. In order for your girlfriend to get out of the situation, she will need to go to the authorities, or tell an adult family member who can intervene and get her out of there. Any person who lets a child molester be back under the same roof as the victim should not have guardianship.

You need to do whatever you can do to protect her! Having you girlfriend stay with you is not a good idea. It is the first place they will look.

It really depends on your age and hers. If she's an adult, she can do whatever she wants. If not, then she's at the mercy of her legal guardians.
