Probably, though whether or not you'd notice the attendant changes in a dog's behavior are quite another thing. Most dogs can smell hormone changes, and notice the tiny alterations in behavior that come with pregnancy even before we do. Noticing their reactions to it is quite another matter.

When I was pregnant with my son, my then-husband's aussie/beagle cross that never liked me suddenly became very docile and cuddly with me.
