Can this PC run games like Fallout 4 at high or max settings?

You aren't going to buy a "gaming" class PC capable of running something like Fallout 4 for $300. You'd be hard pressed to do so with $600. You might start looking at used computers off Craig's List or something, you might get a deal on a system that will at least play the game on lowest settings... but even Black Friday sales aren't going to make $300 enough money.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
