You can do it check this link up https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/javascript/FB.Event.subscribe you can know when user liked a link so then you can use jQuery to save user IP.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
