Just had a little kitty DUMPED at our house, (grrrr) so I guess she lives here! She vomits up to twice a day, anytime in the hour and a half BEFORE meals. There was a hairball component, so I started giving her Petromalt, one or two times daily.

Now, the vomit is clear. Not as frequently as before, but still a few times a week. She's eating Science Diet for Kittens.

She is about 8 mos. Old (I tracked down where she was originally adopted from her CHIP! ).

I took her to the vet, where we discovered that she doesn't have Feline AIDS or Leukemia. So, it's not her food, it's not hairballs, it's not an obvious disease.... Is it possible that the stomach acids are bothering her and I need to find the kitty equivalent of Tums? She is actually very dear, and worth the trouble of keeping.

Per vet's advice, we give our prone to throw up geriatric cat 1/4 Pepcid in a Pill Pocket twice daily.

My one cat vomited it's whole life. I tried many foods. I now use Iams (orange bag) but it will always do this.

I think it is just the breed of cat (Maine Coon cat) and nothing will help it.

The fact that she vomits about an hour before meals, might suggest a weak stomach. You might want to provide her with hard food, and give her access to them all day. That might help her.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
