Well, the followers of Paul care, but, well. When Jesus rode that donkey through the gate, he was making an unspoken declaration of war. AND he was guilty of gross blasphemy.
Both governing bodies wanted him to shut up and go away. The church government found him and turned him in to the Roman government. Jesus lost his nerve and denied being a Messiah, and so the Roman governor was inclined to turn him loose.
But the strict Jews thought he should die for his blasphemy. Except that last idea is also wrong, because of the holy day, the strict Jews would have been at worship and the followers of Jesus would have been the ones in the crowd. The whole idea is nuts.
As for Paul, well he figured out he could only sell the Jews as slaves one time each, but if he could convert them he could get their temple donations every week. All that money, unclean in orthodox temples, there for the taking. So he targeted the leather workers, prostitutes, personal servants and the rest of the untouchables and let the money roll in.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
