Just use a MultiBinding with the same property twice but have Mode=OneTime on one of the bindings. Like this.

You will need to use a value converter (converting string input to color output) and the simplest solution involves adding at least one more property to your EmployeeViewModel. You need to make some sort of a Default or OriginalValue property, and compare against that. Otherwise, how will you know what the "original value" was?

You cannot tell if the value changed unless there is something holding the original value to compare against.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
