Choosing a hub picture, not an avatar, how impersonal or personal do you think it should be?

Thank you for the replies. The pic was to get a smile, but maybe it rendered a feeling of being in aghast, whoops. I like mine now but feel like Daffy Duck.

I kinda' want to change it about, more so as I publish an article. Then I agree with you micdeolu too. I believe you are saying target your audience in one sense.

We write for an audience, which is selective through our titles. If they click our bio on a hub then what are we saying with the first thing that jumps out at them - the picture.

I change my profile photo every week or so just for variety. I've kissed a horse, been a duck twice, and now I'm my dog licking peanut butter off my nose. Everyone has different sides to their personality.

Put up whatever you want as long as it's not too exposing if you get my drift.

I wanted people to identify with me... put a face to the writer. I went for a more personal touch. I do now like Daffy Duck's idea of changing it up ever so often!

Yes, somehow and I am also mindful of the people that I will be hosting. That is why one needs to watch his expressions and make sure it is the one that will please the majority.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
