Could allergies have led to a sinus infection? Can the sinus infection cause dizziness and fatigue?

I would suggest maybe going to your doctors and explaining your situation and see what he says, just to be on the safe side. Dizzy spells can be very scary and dangerous. However, I do believe that allergies can lead to a sinus infection and being that you are having sinus pressure along with the dizzy spells makes me believe they are probably tied together.

One thing I have noticed about some generic medicines is that they do not always work as well as the real thing. Maybe you are better off sticking with the Nasonex, if it normally works for you. It is strange how many of us experience different allergy symptoms.My neighbor gets sinus pressure and horrible headaches every time a storm is on the way.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
