Could this computer run skyrim on high-ultra?

Get a NVidia GTX 660 or 660ti to get ultra settings and good fps. You'll be glad you did.

It's hard to figure out, but from what I can get out of it, you're using a GT 640 graphics card. It's not a very powerful graphics card, so I doubt you'll be able to do high settings with the card without experiencing framerate issues. On another note, WHY do you have an i7 ivy bridge and a really weak graphics card?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
