Could we somehow use the usb modem with wifi to create a hotspot for a broadband connection with speed upto 1 mbps to use on mobile?

A device on your network must be set to a manual ip address. They should all be set to auto to prevent this.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
