The US is a litgation hungry society Anyone can sue almost anyone for almost any reason The issue is whether or not the court will hear the suit, and if the plaintiff can prevail In such a situation it is unlikely the court would look favorably upon the plaintiff due to the fact that the person(s) continued to use the services after the stated time period had elapsed The judge would likely presume that the plaintiff had the option of changing orthodonist but since they continued for an additional two years it would appear they were not dissatisfied with the service and therefore had no valid complaint.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
