Creating an element outside it's bounding box using absolute positioning and overflow?

The cause of the clipping seems to be one of the div s containg it: contactwrapper . It has overflow set to hidden . Setting it to visible causes it to become fully visible, but moves it due to the readjusting of its parent container.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
