Culturally speaking: Why did the British impose tacks on Americans?

There's a lot of hot air flying around, but as yet, no-one has actually got down to the technical nitty-gritty of the pipe-fracture. The only people who will benefit form all this will be the lawyers, as usual. People can insult and hammer BP as much as they like, but they need BP's known-how and experience of deep-sea rigs, which is beyond the experience of American companies.

Even if BP caused the problem, it will be BP who sort it out. In the meantime, people are powerless to do anything.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
