You go here and download the software from Microsoft then install it https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software... But if you don't have a genuine copy of Win 7, it won't work.

There are online merchants that sell Windows 10 on DVD or USB Flash Drives. I'm not sure about availability out there in the middle east. You still need Internet access for license validation and installation updates.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
