Si la demora de entregar el trabajo fue por causas ajenas a ti.., si tienes derecho a quedarte con el anticipo, pero si el incumplimiento fue por causas imputables a tu persona.., debes devolver el anticipo.., en las clausulas del contrato seguramente se pactaron las tiempos de entrega y los montos de pena en caso de incumplimiento.., los plazos y tratos de cumplen...
