2 Timothy 3: 16All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. If you are interpreting what this means, you can think of it this way All Scripture which means the entire bible, every page, every chapter and verse, all parts of the Bible. Is God breathed means it is all inspired by God, his words from him given to you by his writers, in words he knew that you would understand.

And is useful for teaching means that you can use it to teach lessons, to teach you how to live, to teach others, for lessons in Sunday school. What ever needs to be learned or taught the bible is there for that. Rebuking, this means that it is there to teach you what you are doing wrong and for you to show others the error of their ways.

Correcting, means that it is their to prove to those who would debate by pointing out why they are wrong. Example “Creation vs Evolution” a correction is that the world was created and that all animals were created in their totality the way they were supposed to be made, the mutations that helped them later adapt were God's way of allowing them to live, not a process where they were apes and became humans. Training in Righteousness which means to train God's children how to live the way he expects them to live and how to properly strive to the righteousness he wants for you.So that the man of God which means all Gods children, men and women.

May be thoroughly equipped for every good work which means the person will be better prepared to live the life that God wants for them and to do the work that God has ordained them to do. Everyone has a purpose in God.

The Bible is a love story between the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob and humankind. There are many levels of meaning which are lost if one limits the texts to being "literal. " Take the story of Adam and Eve.

Adam is not referred to using the male pronoun. Adam is referred to by using a Hebrew pronoun which does not distinguish between male or female. In the story, God first considers giving Adam someone who would be closer to the angels, and then decides that this would not be a proper helpmate.To show the sameness of the helpmate provided, God forms the wo-man from Adam's side.

Several stories were combined during the period when the Torah was written down during the Babylonian Exile. There are 2 creation stories, because one of the stories from the oral tradition did not include the concept of resting on the seventh day. There are 2 stories of the flood.

One has the 2 by 2 animals (Genesis 6:19. ). The other story has Noah taking 7 pairs of "clean" animals (Genesis 7:2-3 )because only taking a pair of animals would not leave any animals that could be sacrificed without destroying a mating pair.. There are 2 versions of the 10 commandments -and this difference is still seen today.

The Catholics use the one where the 3rd commandment is to keep holy the Sabbath (Deuteronomy 10:4 . ). The other version has the commandment of the Sabbath as commandment number 4 ((Exodus chapter 20.

) The New Testament was not finalized until the 4th Century or 400 years after the events recorded. Even then the Christian Bible was not in its final form. During the Reformation, several books were deleted from the Old Testament - The Book of Wisdom, the Books of the Maccabees (which has the story of the first Hanukkah) and others.

So the bible is true, but this goes far deeper than the literal level of interpretation. It is interesting to note that the Bible was used to prove that the earth was at the center of the solar system, even after Galileo has shown by direct observation that the planets revolved around the sun and the earth was just another planet. There were many scholars who developed theories and mathematical formulas to try to explain Galileo' s observations and preserve the "biblical" world view.

It appears that we are seeing the modern version of this conflict with "evolution" and "intelligent design.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
