Did the tea party have anything in common with the founding fathers?

Liberal, since, you know, they liberated themselves. The founders were all just Democratic-Republicans as it were until parties began to form. But right now, Jefferson, Franklin, Adams, Washington, they'd all be Democrats now because they believed in the separation of church and state and they were among those who leaned towards setting the slaves free and knew discrimination was happening but didn't do anything about it because they didn't even know how to deal with it.

Lincoln would be a Democrat today too. All those northern guys would because they were way too smart to associate themselves with bumpkins in the Tea Party or the religious-right.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
