Disable the asp button on click of the same button till the process ends?

"1)Client Side Scripting: I called a java script on client clik of button and set the disable property to true. How ever, server side saveButton_Click event is not called because of disabling the button on client side." and this means the button is now disabled and call to the server side will not be processed untill you re-enabale the button. So is it not meeting your requirement?

Use System.Threading.Thread. Sleep(5000) in your button click and make it disabled...

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
