Do German Shepards speak German?

I think researchers have established that certain breeds of dogs can identify quite a few words. I've heard the G. Shepherd dog compared to the intelligence of a 4 year old child.

And whatever breed will learn to respond to whatever language is consistently used with them.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
