Do I have to uninstall Spore from my old PC to install on my new one?

Most likely no, because, for spore (and to my knowledge), the activation key isn't tracked as to how many times it's used, making it to where you should be able to install it without having to uninstall it on your old CPU.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
