Yes. The Company, like most private clubs, will eventually issue a Membership Card that will be required for identification and payment of all charges. To simplify the billing process, the membership card will be a Visa or MasterCard.

InVicta members own the company and benefit from their spending habits including purchases on your InVicta Membership Card. The more InVicta Members use InVicta services, the more valuable their equity interests in the Company become. American Express, Master Card, and other VISA cards may be used for membership fees and charges until the InVicta Club VISA card is provided the members.
