Try racing a car around a track doing up to 200mph with 42 other drivers trying to beat you and then you will have your answer. If you think playing baseball or soccer is exhausting, racing would blow your mind.
I do agree that they are a sport....but I don't know if they belong in the Olympics...but then again, I don't think Curling would qualify either....
I don't like golf, but it does. Horse racing, absolutely not. Nascar, I don't think so.
Any activity that uses structured and commonly agreed upon rules that competes two or more people against each other where the determining factor is skill rather than luck is a sport. Ergo, horse racing is a sport for the jockeys, but it isn't a sport for the people who merely gamble on it.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
