Do you agree w/ the NJ state supreme court justice that Obama commandeering healthcare is unconstitutional?

What bothers me most and if not for healthcare I'd be dead, but I'm bothered by a statement made "By a certain time (I'm paraphrasing) everyone will be required to have health insurance." Yikes are they, the Govt. Gonna waste more money to create agency of health care police, breakin down peoples doors stoppin people on the street to check for that?

Holy cow! Added thought TY to whomever gave me a TD. This kinda thought process, far back as I know started with Orwell, "1984" and has been shown in movies, read our minds and stuff.

Heck I'd be happy enough to have a pet type microchip implanted so I could be found when I get lost. 1-800-555 -HELP.

Generally for the people I think it's a great thing. It gives us more protection than we ever had before. No pre existing conditions can be turned away, Preventative visits are basically free, no copay or deductibles, insurance companies have to be transparent, no caps on serious illnesses.

For those that could never get coverage because they were a cancer survivor or a child with asthma or any other serious illness, they can never be turned away again. My only concern at this point, is how is the middle class going to be affected? Are the premiums going to go up since the Insurance companies have to take in everyone.

What is companies start dropping their insurance to pay the fine instead? Unfortunately, these are the questions that bother me..other wise it would be perfect.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
