I am very much a conservative, some would say fairly far to the right, I strongly believe less government is best. But I am not party bond, I believe the time for party affiliations is over and now is the time to solve problems, not create them. IMO the only way to get on with the business of solving the multitude of problems facing us is to forget the party affilation and begin to have dialog as common concerned citizens, dialog that is constructive and not destructive.

Its time to stop the foolish name calling and blame game and to get on with making tomorrow a better day then today. Time is of an essense and we as the citizens still hold the power to stop the corruption and make our elected officials do the job that we pay them for. And the first order of business is they better open their eyes and ears and pay attention to what we are demanding of them, they are OUR employees, each and every one of them can be replaced.

My opinion does not follow any specific party line. Some issue I'm very conservative others very liberal. I think the ability to compromise and find solutions is better served with this process rather than arguing for the sake of a party.

Not at all, I am for unions, guns, gays in the military but not marriage,a strong defense and maybe even mandatory service for all, minimum wages at where it was originally designed to be, Nuclear energy but not coal, a higher capital gains tax but a lower personal income tax, I believe in sending testers out to weed out discrimination but against affirmative action, I believe there really is no such thing as free trade, I also don't support unrestricted immigration, I have a really hard time with Islam and letting Muslims in the country. I totally believe in separation of church and state.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
