Do you get paid for clicks on Amazon items in a state where the affiliate program is not offered?

You are not paid for clicks at all, but rather for qualifying purchases. I believe qualifying purchases can come from any state or country. The eligibility requirements by state simply determine who can become an Amazon Associate.

No. First of all, you have to be an Amazon associate. Secondly, if you cannot participate in the Amazon Associate program in your state, you will not get paid.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
