Do you have any suggestion on how to start getting motivated to start a work out plan?

Well, it all depends on your goal, but generally speaking I can assure you that once you get going you will feel and look so much better, that will be enough motivation to keep on going. You'll only have to push yourself for a few days and once you get the habit and see the results –in well being, energy level, strength and beauty- you will want to do it and you will love it. My recommendations are to pick a workout plan or activity you enjoy doing, if you are board while working out there is a big chance you'll drop it.

Start with a short workout plan and do it while listening to music you like. Get a workout body, that way you'll make it more fun and you'll have a bigger compromise (not only with yourself but with your body). Introduce variety into your workout, don't do the same thing over and over again, that will keep you interested and challenged, and will get you much better results.

Go for quality instead of quantity. Best of luck!

The best motivation to start a work out plan is the want and need to be healthy and staying in shape. Whatever you do don't use excuses not to start. Don't say I don't have time because if you really want something you always find time for it... Also, my personal favorite is it helps me clear my head sometimes.

Some people struggle with exercise because they are already depressed or very out of shape, but the trick is to enjoy working out. Here's a video and page about it. soni2006.hubpages.com/hub/home-workout-moti.

Start out with something fun that still gives you a great workout. Like Zumba (if you like to dance). It's a great workout but it's not torture like other exercises, and anyone can do it regardless of fitness level.

Watch "The Biggest Loser". If that show does not make you want to jump up and go for a bike ride, nothing will. After watching those people, you do NOT want to be like them and feel it in your core.

Go on netflix. They have a few seasons on there.

Start small and make sure your doing something different every day so that the routine does not bore you before it becomes a habit. Walk more to get started. I like to watch a football match while on the treadmill.

I forget that I am even walking most times. Slowly ramp it up as the weeks pass, again with different activities and begin to work on raising your heart rate while you do it. Make sure you discuss it with a doctor first though if you have any medical concerns.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
