In most places, no formal license is needed to run a small home-based business.As for doing makeup, you may be able to do it without state licensing provided you disclose to your clients that you aren't licensed.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
