Laughable. Pathetic. The republican vote split almost exactly along the lines of the overall vote.No impact at all.

I'm thinking that those republicans might just be voting democratic in the fall. . BTW, anyone notice that McCain only got 78% of the vote in the uncontested GOP primary, held the same night?

Anyone notice that there actually was a GOP primary? .

According to politics watchers whose opinions I respect, he had negligble impact. Polling of the voters who voted for Clinton showed that they were predominantly Democrats and there weren't many who were voting as part of operation Chaos. I was just reading the Limbaugh has now launched a new campaign in which he is urging Super Delegates to break for Obama because he has now decided that Obama would be the weaker candidate.

I find Rush Limbaugh despicable. People have fought and died for the right to vote and participate in their government. We have sent people around the world fighting to extend this right to participate in government to others.

Remember the Iraqi purple fingers? The right to vote is something sacred. It is to be respected and honored.

Whether you're a Republican or a Democrat, an Independent or a Mugwump, it doesn't matter. Voting is your civic responsibility and it should be treated with all honor and respect. For Rush Limbaugh to even suggest that people toy with this sacred right, to even suggest that people try to subvert the will of others expressed at the ballot box, to treat this sacred right that so many Americans have fought and died for does a disservice to our country, and disrespects all those who fought and died so that we could have this right today.

Rush Limbaugh is a traitor to the United States of America. He's cut of the same cloth of those we are fighting around the world who disrespect our country and our way of life. He ought to be sent to Gitmo where he belongs.

I know several people in Indiana who are Republicans... and yes, they did vote in the dem primary (all of them for ) I don't know that I like Operation Chaos, but then, having democrats change their registration to Republican to screw up Republican politics has been done in my county since I first started voting. It apparently isn't a NEW tactic. What Rush did wasn't wrong.

He probably just passed through New Jersey and got the idea from Democrats! Sources: personal experience .

Yes - I think it had an impact, and I'm not happy with it! I believe that the Republicans are trying to get llary nominated for the Democratic party so they can trounce all over her come the general election. I don't like it because it detracts from the real nominee, Obama, and further divides the Democrats.

However, in the long-run, the Republicans are still going to lose, whether it be to I can't imagine that the Republicans are going to come out in significant numbers to vote for McCain. However, expect more dirty politics! .

No! Rush is a very smart person but leave no doubt that he's an entertainer for an audience that's two thirds Repubulican and one third Democrat. S only mission is a listenership that results in funds for Rush's selfish needs..

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
