Do you think that marijuana should be decriminalized everywhere in the US?

The stats don't lie. Roughly 17 people a year die in accidents related in some way to marijuana. That is easily paled by the thousands of deaths caused by alcohol and cigarettes.

Also, you cannot OD on marijuana. Prohibition didn't work for alcohol and it won't work for weed. Once you outlaw something you lose control over it.

Regulation is the answer. It has to be controlled as it is in the Netherlands. The U.S.Has a MUCH worse drug problem than the Netherlands and in fact, more Americans report using marijuana (ilegally) than the Dutch (where it's legal).

Everyone needs to get off of the moral high horse and realize that we are throwing Billions of dollars at the war on drugs to no avail. We have the largest per capita prison population in the industrialized world. Over half of those prisoners are non-violent drug offenders. It's absolutely ridiculous.

No, if you think their is enough DUI's now, just wait till they find a way to tax marijuana.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
