Do your kids appreciate you more, now that they're adults and parents, themselves?

I don't think they have a clue what parenting involves until they are parents, themselves. Did you finally appreciate your parents once you had your own family? Do your adult kids show you more respect now that they are raising their own children?

Yes definitely... They sure do.... it's nice. I feel like it's a maturity thing too. The thing I like most if that they ask for advice at times and actually follow it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
