Does a CO2 bike pump inflate the tire with CO2 or does it only use the CO2 as a driver for pumping oxygen from an intake on the pump into the tire?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
