Does anybody know if it is normal for private lenders to want an upfront fee to start? Wondering if it's just a scam. Hmmmm...?

Most every time these "upfront fee" lenders are scams. Any guarantee of a loan for an up-front fee is illegal. finance.lawyers.com/blogs/archives/475-L... These lenders are giving actual lenders a bad name by causing so much turmoil.

Requires some sort of payment, often called “insurance� , before an application has been taken or processed. No legitimate lender does this.

Sounds like a scam to me, well you don't have to pay such fees all you have to pay is the loan money they had lend you. Rabea Ataya from bayt.com is a fraud. This website is a SCAM and GCC residents need to know this.

There are well over 1000 forums that are complaining about this website that the Dubai government chooses to keep in business. We demand Bayt. Com be shut down.

This is a very tech savvy online scam. Once you register with them, you are forced to pay $1000's for our CV. This is illegal and a sham.Bayt.Com is a fraud.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
