I think you are best off asking a doctor, but from my own experience with my two daughters, 26 months and 4 years, kids can stay the same shoe size for a while, at least several months for both my kids. The 26 month old grew out of a size six about 10 months ago and now she is still wearing a size seven although it is probably going to get tight soon. My girls have big feet :).
I think in general growth happens in little spurts, so there will be periods of time where they don't grow at all, and then short periods where they grow a bunch. But I know how you feel, when they were younger, the kids would grow out of all of their stuff every three months. Welcome to toddlerhood, stuff fits a bit longer so it's a little easier on wallet, so long as the clothes stay in one piece.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
