Does anyone know a bluetooth headset with a separate microphone? in order to avoid speaking out loud?

Yes, right click on the speaker button on the bottom right hand corner and click on playback devices. From there click on the recording tab on the top of the sounds page and you should see a list of microphones. Right click on the microphone you want to disable and click on the disable button and then the one you want to use left click on it and click on the "Set Default" button towards the bottom of the page.

This should allow you to use the microphone you want with the headset that you plugged in.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
