Yes, within the hardware limits of the Touch. Camera apps won't work, for example. First generation Touches don't have a speaker.

And all Touches don't come standard with a mic. You can, however, use an app like Skype on a 2nd generation Touch if you have earbuds with a mic. The overwhelming majority of apps do work with the Touch as well as the iPhone.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
