It's a battle right now between Bravo and Lifetime. NBC (parent company of Bravo) sued The Weinstein Company (production company of Project Runway) to prevent it from moving the show to Lifetime. They have filmed the finale, but tried to keep the show anonymous so people couldn't identify the designers.
With me being dramatic, I think that has a lot to do with facial expressions but people have to understand that this is not a small thing, this is f***ing “Project Runway”! It’s a huge deal and there are some who don’t get and they need to stop and get it. So of course when Diane von Furstenberg compliments your work, it’s something I’ve always dreamed of, it’s kind of like a smack in the face.
It’s like, wow, that happened. I guess that would be dramatic. Did Diane von Furstenberg end up contacting you?
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
