(SPOILERS for The Force Awakens) Does anyone know why they advertised Finn being a Jedi in Star Wars: The Force Awakens?

1. Apparently, some figurines were released labelled being Finn Callrisian 2. Don't know some common theories are Darth Plagus (mentioned by Palpatine as being able to defeat death) or being Palpatine being able to defeat death from being Darth Plagus's apprentice 3.

Being she is a well known actress who remained hidden behind the mask, I reckon she will be seen again 4. Well robots don't exactly have a gender, I get a more feminine vibe from it.
